Dear colleagues,
New texts is now available on the site: the reports about the RCA-NARCA business meetings at the NCA in Boston - they will inform you about the work in progress on both organizations, including some questions and answers about the upcoming conference in Saint Petersburg. The synopsis of the meeting minutes was prepared by Beth Goering, IUPUI, and the detailed minutes - by Joe Dailey, Carroll College.

    We are pleased to announce that RCA and its newly formalized western branch, the North American Russian Communication Association (NARCA), have established an “affiliate” association with the International Communication Association (ICA). As an ICA-affiliate organization, RCA and NARCA members will be entitled to attend each other’s respective conferences at host-member rates.
