• Spring 1998 National Science Foundation (Knowledge management practices within regional banks).
With Cecile Garmon, a departmental colleague. $175,000 over three years. This was the
first electronic (.pdf) grant proposal WKU sent to the National Science Foundation
DEPARTMENTAL FUNDRAISING
• Spring 1998 Along with a faculty colleague, Cecile Garmon, actively fundraised over $12,000 from four
local businesses to support a major technology initiative within my department ($30,000
project that installed computers and overhead LCD projectors in all five of our
classrooms). As Project Manager, I successfully completed this installation in Fall 1999
